Job summary

Serco Group Plc is hiring for a catering role that supports healthy lifestyles and positive customer experiences. You will serve customers, prepare and present food to high quality and hygiene standards, and maintain cleanliness across catering areas.

You will also gather customer feedback to drive improvements, support colleagues with daily catering tasks, and help create a welcoming environment that motivates repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable.
• A Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
