Job summary

A leading horticultural company based in Alconbury is seeking a talented Catalogue/Creative Artworker to support their creative and marketing teams. In this full-time role, you will prepare artwork for catalogues and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign. This position does not offer remote working, and the applicant must be comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Graphic Designer, Catalogue Designer, or Magazine Designer role.
• Experience producing catalogues or multi-page publications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork layouts for seasonal and annual garden catalogues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, on-brand catalogue pages.
• Manage large volumes of product imagery for accurate presentation.
• Build and maintain master templates for design consistency.
• Ensure all catalogue artwork meets print specifications.
• Liaise with printers for producing artwork under tight deadlines.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign

Strong capability in preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms

Understanding of print production, CMYK/RGB colour management

Experience managing large volumes of product imagery

Confident using templates and grids
