Intact Insurance UK, formerly RSA, invites you to join its Claims Expenses team as a Casualty Claims Handler on a hybrid basis. You will investigate and progress casualty claims to closure, using established processes, case law, and strategies to support customers, brokers, and claimants throughout the journey.
We value prior claims experience, handling EL/PL claims and claims up to £100,000, with a commitment to service, flexibility, and career development in a supportive, inclusive environment.

We are currently recruiting for a Casualty Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Claims Expenses team here on a hybrid basis
As Casualty Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing casualty claims to closure, to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition. In addition, you will ensure that customers, brokers and third parties/claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies. You will enjoy utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions and impart knowledge to others.
