In this role you will lead the delivery of international and domestic insurance programmes, support underwriting teams, and drive continuous improvement while coaching colleagues across a busy operations function.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance operations, underwriting support, policy servicing, policy drafting, wordings, or a related specialty insurance environment.
• Knowledge of multinational insurance programmes, captive arrangements, reinsurance structures, and policy documentation requirements.
• Ability to review, authorise, and quality check insurance documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positivity managing competing priorities, applying sound judgement, and delivering high quality outcomes in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build effective working relationships across diverse teams.
• Experience supporting the development of others through coaching, feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Digital proficiency across business systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, including brokers, customers, Wordings, Finance, and Global Network teams, ensuring clear communication and effective outcomes throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Support the development of colleagues through coaching, peer review, quality assurance, and the creation of training materials that help build capability across the wider team.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen operational resilience, support change and improve the customer experience.

You'll make an impact by:
