Job summary

Phoenix Futures invites applications for a Sessional Worker at Ophelia House in Yarnton. This casual, on-site role supports a Trauma Responsive Women’s Therapeutic Community Residential Service. You may join a diverse pool of relief staff and provide cover as needed, including full days, half days, overnights and weekends.

Salary starts at £13.45 per hour with flexible hours. Previous experience is welcome but not essential; a compassionate, values-driven approach is valued to deliver

Qualifications

• Previous experience is desirable, however not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief staffing coverage as needed.
• Support service users with dignity and respect.
