Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is recruiting experienced Support Workers for Orchard House in the United Kingdom. You will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, following tailored care plans and working within a trauma-informed framework.

We offer extensive training, career development, and flexible working hours. Candidates should be committed to safeguarding, complete mandatory training, and register with Social Care Wales or be willing to do so.

Qualifications

• Experienced support worker with care background.
• Willing to undertake safeguarding training and relevant compliance.
• Registration with Social Care Wales or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete induction and mandatory safeguarding training.
• Provide support to individual young people with complex health, physical and learning needs.
• Attend to day-to-day needs and help young people access activities, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with the home, school, and external agencies.
• Support health, safety and wellbeing of the young people and promote their independence.
