Caring for Communities and People (CCP) seeks a compassionate Support Worker for our Bournemouth accommodation-based services. You will provide practical and emotional support, helping young people aged 16-18 move toward independence in a trauma-informed setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker or life experience in similar roles is welcome.
• Ability to work in a trauma-informed, training-rich environment.
• Willingness to work across a rota with a small supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals to improve independence.
• Help with housing moves, safety planning, and accessing training or jobs.
• Support independent living skills such as shopping, budgeting, and cooking.
• Work within a 24/7 supported accommodation for 16-18 in Bournemouth.
