Job summary

Phoenix Futures is recruiting a Sessional Worker to join Ophelia House, a Trauma Responsive Women’s Therapeutic Community in Yarnton. This relief, part-time friendly role supports residents with compassionate, person-centred care in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Interest in working with individuals with complex and unique needs.
• Experience collaborating with families and individuals in substance use or relevant domains.
• Aptitude for creative thinking and adaptability to evolving service needs.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple agencies while upholding service standards.
• Good working knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic groups, activities and specialised interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs.
