Job summary

Lift Four Dwellings Secondary is recruiting two casual Lettings Officers to welcome community groups, manage bookings and ensure spaces are safe and ready for events.

You will handle enquiries, process bookings, issue contracts, and coordinate with school teams to align lettings with activities, while maintaining safeguarding and high standards of customer service during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with community groups or schools.
• Ability to communicate clearly with hirers and colleagues.
• Comfort using IT and online platforms to manage bookings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and guide hirers through availability, pricing, and booking terms.
• Manage the booking system, issue contracts, and keep accurate records.
• Coordinate with school teams to prepare facilities around activities.
• Check facilities are safe and ready, and resolve issues during lettings.
• Create invoices, track payments, and help build budget forecasts.
• Build relationships with local groups and promote facilities through tours and marketing.
