Job summary

King's Ford Infant School and Nursery in Colchester invites applications for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our casual staff bank, covering classes from Nursery to Year 2.

You will work with the class teacher and SENCo to support good SEN practice, build positive relationships with children and colleagues, stay calm in challenging situations and contribute to our trauma-informed, compassionate school ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience as an LSA is preferred.
• Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children.
• Support good SEN practice in the classroom.
