Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as an LSA is preferred.
• Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children.
• Support good SEN practice in the classroom.
• Remain calm in challenging situations and work as part of a team.
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice.
• Liaise with the class teacher and SENCo.
