Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is hiring a Casual Kitchen Porter to support back-of-house operations. You will help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas while assisting culinary and F&B teams in daily duties.

The role offers a casual zero-hour contract with shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. Wages start at £12.71 per hour plus service charge, with additional benefits and staff perks provided by the hotel.

Mansioni

• Support the hotel’s silver polishing programme.
• Assist with waste management and recycling initiatives.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.

At Four Seasons, exceptional dining experiences begin behind the scenes. Our Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banqueting operations, and culinary teams by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency.

The role

As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you will be an essential part of our Back of House operation, helping to ensure all kitchen and food preparation areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Working closely with the Culinary and Food and Beverage teams, you will support the smooth operation of the hotel’s kitchens through effective cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and equipment care.

What you will do

• Clean and sanitise china, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitise pots, pans, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and food preparation areas
• Support the hotel’s silver polishing programme
• Assist with waste management and recycling initiatives
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain high hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations

What we are looking for

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous Kitchen Porter, Stewarding, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30kg
• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• Casual, zero hour contract
• Shifts offered based on business needs and operational requirements
• Flexibility required across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Shift patterns may be scheduled between 7.00am and midnight
