Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, a landmark luxury property, seeks a Casual Valet Attendant to support the Valet and Laundry teams. You will process guest clothing and uniforms, ensuring care, finish, and presentation to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous valet, laundry, dry cleaning, or housekeeping experience is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process, press, and finish guest clothing to the highest standards
• Process and maintain employee uniforms, ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Collect and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning requests
• Handle garments carefully and follow all laundry and valet procedures
• Maintain organisation and cleanliness throughout valet and laundry areas
• Support the team with inventory and uniform management
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service

Casual Valet Attendant

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Valet Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.

The role

As a Casual Valet Attendant, you will support the day to day operation of the Valet and Laundry department, ensuring guest clothing and employee uniforms are processed, finished, and presented to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for handling garments with care and precision while delivering the seamless service and attention to detail for which Four Seasons is renowned.

What you will do

• Process and maintain employee uniforms, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Collect and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning requests

What we are looking for
