Job summary

The Halyard, Liverpool, is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Team Member to join Voyager Restaurant & Bar. As part of Lighthouse Hotel Management, you will help deliver memorable dining experiences and support a smooth service across breakfast to dinner.

Join a vibrant team in a hotel setting, with opportunities for training, employee discounts, and on-duty meals. The role is on-site and pays £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.
• To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible.
• Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.

Our Food & Beverage Assistantswork as part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.
