Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team in the UK. You will deliver friendly service across outlets, take orders, and support restaurant, bar and breakfast operations.

You will help prepare service areas, handle guest queries, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces while upholding food safety standards. The role offers opportunities for development within a busy hotel environment and requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and friendly, professional service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver friendly and professional service to guests across food and beverage outlets

• Support restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)

• Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently and accurately

• Prepare service areas and ensure they are clean, organised and welcoming

• Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly

• Process payments and transactions accurately

• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service

• Support the setup and delivery of meetings, events and functions (where applicable)

• Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
