Tamworth Borough Council is seeking a Visitor Services Assistant for Tamworth Castle, a role delivering high-quality visitor experiences at our award-winning site. You will handle ticket office and shop, welcome visitors, support museum engagement, and assist with events and private bookings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and familiarity with tills and sales systems.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming manner.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge and use of IT systems including tills and sales software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an outstanding visitor experience at the site, including ticket office/shop duties.
• Welcome visitors, support museum engagement, and assist with events and private bookings.
• Keep displays tidy, report defects, assist with reception and shop operations, and patrol the site for safety.
