Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Governance Manager in the CASS team to lead a small, focused group responsible for delivering robust CASS governance.

You will coach two staff, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of audits and regulatory testing with a strong emphasis on risk management and continuous improvement. You will own breach management, risk mapping, and policy reviews, while guiding stakeholders across the business on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with CASS governance and FCA/FTSE-aligned controls.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Track record in delivering audits and regulatory testing.
• Ability to design and deliver governance training.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a team of two, set objectives and review performance.
• Coach and develop team skills, supporting career progression.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and maintain standards.
• Coordinate annual external CASS audit and internal reviews; liaise with auditors.
• Own CASS breach management: identify, escalate, root cause, remediate.
• Oversee CASS risk and controls mapping; drive enhancements to controls.
• Design and deliver CASS training to stakeholders across the business.
• Review and update CASS Policy & Standards for regulatory alignment.
• Review new business initiatives for FCA CASS compliance and guidance.
• Support strategic planning to ensure CASS compliance supports business goals.
• Prepare and present CASS MI to senior management and governance forums.
