Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a VP in the CFS TRC Governance team to prepare executive-ready materials, oversee governance forums, and drive risk insight for senior leaders.

You will own the actionable book of work, coordinate with product, engineering, and control functions, and ensure timely, accurate risk reporting. You will utilize AI capabilities under proper validation to accelerate drafting, while maintaining data sensitivity and auditability.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk, controls, governance, or a related field, including supporting senior leadership and control governance forums.
• Knowledge of control design and operating effectiveness, issue management, and remediation validation.
• Familiarity with cloud risk concepts and public cloud risks.
• Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting control metrics and KPIs for senior audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-ready materials for governance forums with a clear, independent view of risk posture.
• Lead end-to-end meeting production, timelines, inputs, actions, and version control.
• Manage issues and action plans, prioritize remediation, and escalate overdue items.
• Define and report control metrics, KRIs, and KPIs, surfacing trends for senior management.
• Translate complex inputs into decision-oriented insights and recommended actions.
