Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to FCA CASS rules and protect client assets. You will be part of our Compliance team, collaborating with Operations and cross-functional partners to maintain controls and manage conduct risk.

You'll oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with 1LoD teams, review complaints for CASS impact, and drive incident action plans and governance. Strong data analysis and experience in finance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics experience in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules (CASS 6 & 7).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong data analysis skills and numerical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.
