Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure FCA CASS standards are met across operations and safeguarding client assets. You will work with Operations and cross-functional teams to strengthen the control environment and maintain regulatory compliance.

In this role you will review client complaints for CASS impact, oversee incident action plans, and lead governance of CASS controls, joining a fast-moving fintech culture committed to high standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in financial services or regulated firms.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills and willingness to develop compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CASS controls and procedures.
• Liaise with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Review client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Oversee CASS incident action plans and governance for the team.
• Coordinate governance meetings and reporting for CASS controls.
