Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold the highest standards of compliance with FCA CASS. You will operate in the first line of defence, partnering with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to protect client assets and strengthen controls.

The role focuses on daily CASS controls, incident action planning, and risk review, with opportunities to influence governance and compliance strategy across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
