The Rank Group plc’s Grosvenor Casinos Bristol is seeking an experienced Casino Manager to lead our 24-hour venue. You’ll oversee gaming, hosting and electronic gaming, guiding a multi-skilled team to deliver a safe, engaging and commercially successful experience for customers across shifts.

You’ll drive performance, coach staff, ensure high standards and manage disputes, all while upholding Safer Gambling and UK regulations in a fast-paced, customer‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Casino management experience with proven leadership of gaming teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK gaming legislation and Safer Gambling.
• Track record of driving commercial performance, sales and yield.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of casino operation during shifts on behalf of GM/Operations Manager.
• Lead gaming, hosting and electronic gaming to deliver a safe, exciting and profitable venue.
• Focus on occupancy, margins, availability and dwell time to drive performance.
• Coach and develop the team, enhancing technical knowledge and customer service.
• Ensure high presentation standards of floor, equipment and staff.
• Handle customer queries and gaming disputes professionally and fairly.
• Uphold Safer Gambling, compliance and security in line with UK policy.

Casino Manager

Bristol | Full Time | Permanent

Location: 266 Anchor Rd, Bristol BS1 5TT. Free parking available.

Rota: 40 hours a week including evenings, nights and weekends.

What you’ll be doing

As Casino Manager, you’ll take ownership of the casino operation during your shifts, working closely with the wider management team to deliver a safe, exciting and commercially successful venue.

• Lead from the front, taking responsibility for the overall club operation during your shift on behalf of the General Manager and Operations Manager.
• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do, creating a fair, professional, engaging and memorable gaming experience.
• Drive performance across the gaming floor, focusing on key success measures including occupancy, margins, availability and dwell time.
• Coach and develop your team, building their technical knowledge, customer interaction skills and confidence.
• Build a multi‑skilled and flexible team that can adapt quickly to changing customer demand.
• Ensure the gaming floor, equipment and team are presented to the highest standards.
• Take ownership of customer queries and gaming disputes, resolving them confidently, professionally and fairly.
• Ensure the highest standards of Safer Gambling, compliance and security, operating in line with UK gaming legislation and internal policies.

You’ll already have casino management experience and know what it takes to run a successful gaming operation.

• Strong knowledge of UK casino gaming and gaming legislation.
• Proven experience of driving commercial performance, sales and yield.
• Excellent knowledge across live gaming, electronic gaming and customer hosting.
• A strong understanding of Safer Gambling and how to create an environment where customers can enjoy gaming safely.
• A genuinely customer‑first mindset, with the ability to inspire your team to deliver fantastic experiences.
• Confident leadership skills and the ability to get the best from a diverse team.
• Strong coaching and people‑development skills.
