You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at £29,822.41 and rising incrementally to £32,034.46 per annum.We’re London’s leading homelessness charity – and we get things done. There are opportunities to work from home at times.About you:You’re a confident collaborator who builds strong working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies to get the best outcomes for clients.You’re organised, proactive and able to balance competing priorities, staying calm and focused when things get busy.You know how to help people build greater independence, from strengthening day-to-day living skills to improving financial stability and tackling income, bills, debts or arrears.You take a genuinely person-centred approach, listening to what matters to each client, recognising their strengths and aspirations, and shaping support around their individual needs.You understand the challenges people experiencing homelessness can face, including navigating housing pathways, and you’re committed to delivering inclusive, respectful support that promotes choice and opportunity.Our attractive benefits package includes:A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary periodA 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am – 4pm) in non-accommodation services25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),A contributory pension scheme: Single Homeless Project will contribute the equivalent of 5% of your annual salaryStaff Health Cash Plan and discounts schemeComprehensive and integrated training programme designed specifically to develop the skills and knowledge involved in our workClosing Date: Sunday 4th October at midnightInterview date: Thursday 15th October online via Microsoft TeamsPlease note there will be a second stage interview in Kings Cross for progressed candidates.
