Job summary

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is seeking a cross-team housing caseworker to support people at risk of homelessness. You will build trusting relationships, help clients access housing options, benefits and services, and navigate local systems to create lasting solutions.

The role spans partnership work with charity networks and duty of care, with a focus on empowering individuals towards independence. You will work across our network to ensure timely, high-quality support, adapt to diverse

• Listen, assess and co-create Housing Plans with individuals.
• Support access to housing options, benefits and services.
• Navigate local systems and advocate to remove access barriers.
• Work across partner charities to maintain continuity of support.
• Keep accurate records and follow data protection protocols.
• Collaborate with public, voluntary and community sectors.
• Promote inclusion and independence through activities and learning.
• Adhere to health, safety and safeguarding policies.
• Engage in supervision, reflection and learning with teams.
