This role involves managing enquiries and cases related to sports disciplinary procedures and anti-doping violations. Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its passionate and experienced National case management team to assist with the administration of domestic matters including football disciplinary procedures, Olympic and Paralympic disputes, and anti-doping rule violations.
The Case Manager will manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. Sport Resolutions has contracts with the English Football League and The Football Association to administer hearings for potential rule violations including those related to discipline and financial breaches. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring such matters are managed fairly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
The successful applicant may also be required to administer matters related to anti-doping rule violations, ethics and integrity related matters, mediations and independent reviews, as directed by the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management.
Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications. A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail.

Sport Resolutions’ office is located at St Paul’s, London.
Employees are currently required to work in the office a minimum of eight days per month and should be based within the United Kingdom. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK or be eligible to immediately apply and obtain a work visa upon receiving any job offer, with no sponsorship required.
