It is a full-time permanent position based at Timaru Hospital in the South Island of New Zealand, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Services are delivered through a multidisciplinary team, respecting individual needs and enabling informed choices through support, information, liaison, advocacy, and referral.
