Case Manager

Bridging Finance

London / Hybrid

We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, with an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging industry.

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage clients and brokers daily via phone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues, chase clients for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements.
• Manage further advances or extensions.
• Build relationships with key partners and investors.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to review and challenge documentation.
• Good team player, able to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, specifically in bridging finance.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Numeracy skills.
• Understanding of GDPR and legislative requirements.
