Job summary

Swissport UK&I is seeking enthusiastic team members to join the Cargo team in a multi-functional role that blends warehouse and office duties. You will handle air cargo, complete administrative tasks, and provide customer service support as needed.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, a strong focus on safety and procedures, and readiness to work in a busy aviation environment. Interviews are held remotely via Teams.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and written skills in English.
• IT literacy and ability to learn airline systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move air cargo in the warehouse.
• Load and unload freight safely.
• Complete office tasks: customs paperwork, invoicing, data entry.
• Provide reception and customer service support when required.
• Follow safety, security, and SOPs.
