N-Compass is recruiting a Carers Engagement Co-ordinator for our Bury team to build a vibrant carer community and influence local services and policy.

This true hybrid role combines community-based engagement with office and home working. You will facilitate engagement events, develop Carer forums, gather feedback, and support co-production activities that drive meaningful change. Driving licence and DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Organised, approachable communicator passionate about participation and inclusion.
• Background in community development, engagement, health and social care, or voluntary sector.
• Ability to connect with people, encourage involvement and turn feedback into meaningful action.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this role.
