Job summary

Carers First is seeking a Team Lead (Merton) to drive delivery of an innovative carers service across Merton. You will lead a remote team, inspire day-to-day performance, and build strong partnerships with health and social care partners.

The role requires experience in managing teams, promoting equality and inclusion, and using IT tools to manage workloads and interventions. Hybrid working with some travel across areas offers a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a remote team with strong people management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the Service Manager in leading delivery of a carers service across Merton.
• Motivate and inspire a team, providing day-to-day leadership and creating a positive environment.
