N-Compass is hiring an Assessment & Support Officer for the Westmorland & Furness team based in Ulverston. You will conduct person-centred assessments with unpaid carers, identify needs and co-create support plans, and help carers access local services. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel in the community.

The role focuses on supporting carers to live well alongside their caring responsibilities, with hybrid working from the Ulverston office and community settings.

Qualificações

• Experience in health, social care, community services or voluntary sector welcome.
• Ability to work with unpaid carers and co-produce support plans.
