Housing 21 is seeking a caring Care Worker to support residents in our Extra Care schemes. You’ll work with residents who live independently, providing personal care, domestic support, meals, and companionship in a friendly team. Training and progression opportunities are available through the Extra Care Academy.

No prior experience or formal qualifications are required; a positive attitude and good English communication skills are essential. Holiday Pay and other benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with household tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and paying bills.
• Assist with meals, drinks, and snacks as needed.
• Encourage and follow care plans and provide personal care when required.
• Ensure wellbeing of residents and communicate progress to managers and agencies.
