Housing 21 is seeking a Care Worker to join our friendly team in a supportive Extra Care setting. You will help residents with daily living tasks, meals and personal care, working as part of a scheme where residents live independently in their own homes but enjoy communal facilities.

No prior experience is required; full training and recognised qualifications are provided. We offer a warm, values-driven workplace with progression through our Extra Care Academy and a clear path into management

Qualifications

• No experience or formal qualifications required.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Ability to relate well with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks and household duties.
• Support with meals, activities and personal care as needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervising staff.
• Keep records and communicate effectively with the team.
