Job summary

Radis Community Care are actively recruiting local people in Abergavenny to join the team to look after the most vulnerable people in their own homes and local community.

As a Care Worker you will support clients to live independently at home by helping with personal care, medication, meals and day-to-day tasks, while also enabling access to community activities and trips. The role offers flexible hours and travel time pay as part of a supportive, community-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
