Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner in Epsom. This permanent full-time role focuses on coaching new carers from interview through onboarding, ensuring quality, compliance and strong customer relationships. You will lead by example, support branch operations and contribute to exceptional care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with compliance focus.
• People-first mindset; calm and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and support new carers to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards.
• Visit customers to review care plans for accuracy and safety.
• Carry out risk assessments with professionalism.
• Support on-call duties according to branch rota.
