Qualifikationen

• Train, mentor and support new carers so they feel confident and ready to deliver extraordinary care
• Assist the branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards
• Visit customers to review care plans ensuring accuracy, safety and person-centredness
• Carry out risk assessments with professionalism
• Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota
