Job summary

Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner to shape exceptional care and onboard new carers from interview to full integration. You will coach and uplift the team, ensuring quality, compliance and strong customer relationships across the Esher branch.

The role blends hands-on coaching with site visits, risk assessments and timely documentation, supported by a culture that values growth and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care training and onboarding
• Ability to coach carers and maintain high standards
• Knowledge of compliance and auditing processes
• Strong attention to detail and risk assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and support new carers so they feel confident and ready to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist the branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards across the care team.
• Visit customers to review care plans and ensure they remain accurate and person-centred.
• Carry out risk assessments with clarity and professionalism.
• Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota.
