Job summary

Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. in West Bridgford is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner to support onboarding and coaching of carers from interview to full onboarding, ensuring care plans remain person-centred and compliant.

You will train, mentor and audit the branch activities, undertake risk assessments, and assist with on-call duties, driving quality and customer satisfaction across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and desire to progress.
• UK driving licence and access to vehicle.
• Strong communication and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new carers to deliver outstanding care.
• Assist the branch with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Carry out spot checks and supervisions to maintain standards.
• Visit customers to review care plans for accuracy and safety.
• Perform risk assessments with professionalism.
• Support on-call duties according to the branch rota.
