Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or similar caregiving role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
• Strong communication and a supportive, people‑centred leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and support new carers to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist the branch with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain standards across the care team.
• Visit customers to review care plans and ensure accuracy, safety and person-centred care.
• Carry out risk assessments with care, clarity and professionalism.
• Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota.
