Job summary

GHM Care is seeking a Sales Development Executive to generate new business across the UK care sector, positioning Nexus as the gateway into GHM Care's broader technology stack.

The role is entry-level, desk-based with a clear path into a consultative senior sales position. You will build knowledge of telephony, connectivity, Wi‑Fi, and managed IT while shadowing senior consultants and participating in training from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High activity outbound experience and resilience.
• Genuine desire to build a long-term sales career.
• Ability to learn and discuss technical concepts confidently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn) to care providers across the UK.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities from a cold start.
• Book and support product demonstrations; progress early-stage deals through the pipeline.
• Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Keep CRM records up to date with activity, forecasting, and deal progress.
• Present Nexus as a low-risk, high-value entry solution for care providers.
