Unique IQ Ltd in the UK is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a hybrid role with some Redditch office days. The role is a full sales cycle position with strong outbound focus, driving new care provider customers and demonstrating our AI products like IQ:caremanager, IQ:careassist and IQ:capture.

You will work with marketing and customer success, travel to client sites as needed, and contribute to campaigns that raise our voice in the sector.

Competenze

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales, ideally SaaS or technology.
• Genuine enjoyment of outbound prospecting and the discipline to do it daily.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills with independent demos and closes.
• Excellent listening skills and a consultative, people-first approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers and events.
• Experience in or knowledge of the care sector is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Make consistent outbound calls daily using outreach tools to prioritise contacts.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to reveal care sector pressures.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations online and in person.
• Manage pipeline from first contact to close with clear next steps.
• Handle objections, including competitor comparisons and incumbent moves.
• Follow up inbound enquiries and event leads promptly.
• Log activity in CRM and report weekly on numbers.
• Represent Unique IQ at care sector events and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to shape campaigns.
