Job summary

Community Care Matters Limited is seeking a Supervisor to lead the staff team at a designated property, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and residents receive high-quality care.

You will oversee audits, maintain documentation, and support families while coordinating visits, activities and holidays. The role includes supervising staff, participating in on-call rotas, and contributing to care plan reviews and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a staff team in a care setting.
• Ability to complete audits and feed back to management.
• Strong communication with families and representatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff at assigned property.
• Complete regular audits and feed back issues to management.
• Complete resident paperwork (welfare, DoLS) as required.
• Be the point of contact for families, coordinate visits and activities.
• Support and guide support workers and key workers.
• Ensure regular staff supervision and cover for other properties as needed.
• Record and escalate care plan reviews and staff meetings.
• Assist with recruitment and participate in interviews.
• Support the service to meet CQC requirements and assist with inspections.
• Participate in on-call rota and ensure adequate cover.
• Carry out personal care and support daily living activities.
