Zusammenfassung

Wight Home Care is seeking an experienced Community Support Team member to provide hands-on care and operational support across the service. The role involves covering annual leave, sickness and rota-driven shifts, with a two-week cycle and 91 hours.

You will help mobilise new care packages, support carers, and uphold high standards of care while developing the team. A full driving licence is essential and NVQ3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering person-centred care.
• Ability to support and develop other carers and teams.
• Good communication and a calm, flexible approach.

Aufgaben

• Support mobilisation of new care packages.
• Provide high-quality care during annual leave and staffing requirements.
• Mentor new carers and support the care team to maintain standards.
• Conduct spot checks and staff competency assessments.
• Support across the service during staffing pressures.
