Comfort Call Limited is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to support high-quality care delivery by supervising care workers in the field and reviewing individual service needs.

You will collaborate with Care Coordinators to plan realistic rotas, perform risk assessments, and shadow new staff to ensure competence, with the role primarily in the community and some office-based administrative work.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in home or care settings.
• Ability to work with service users, families, carers and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in domiciliary care or similar settings.

Responsabilités

• Assess and review individual services and supervise care workers in the field.
• Support planning of realistic rotas with Care Coordinators.
• Review service user needs and conduct risk assessments.
• Shadow new care workers to ensure competence and observe practice.
• Spend the majority of time in the community with some office-based administration.
