You will supervise support staff, organise care plans, risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance, while fostering a warm, respectful environment and engaging residents in activities and holidays where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care or care home environment preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of care regulations and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Support Workers and Bank Staff to maintain high care standards.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and reviews are carried out effectively.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision with Home Manager.
• Organise and participate in a flexible rota system to meet residents' needs.
• Assist in medication administration in line with Policies and Procedures and maintain records.
