Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader for Nights at Basingfield Court in Basingstoke. You’ll oversee care plans, support residents’ wellbeing, and lead a team to deliver compassionate, personalised care in a busy residential setting.

You’ll be part of an award-winning not-for-profit provider, with great development opportunities, 28 days’ leave pro rata, and a strong focus on staff welfare and inclusive culture.

Your role

• Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
