Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Basingfield Court Residential Care Home in Basingstoke to support residents and lead a care team.

The role is nights, 36 hours per week, with a comprehensive package including leave, pension, and development opportunities. Sanctuary Care is not-for-profit and recognised for quality, with ongoing staff support and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home.
• Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues.
