Job summary

Sanctuary Group’s Parkview House in Edmonton, London is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader – Days to help support residents’ wellbeing, work closely with colleagues, and deliver personalised care in line with care plans.

You’ll join a not‑for‑profit, Investors in People Gold accredited team with strong training, development programmes, flexible working, and rewards including pension and life cover. Salary is £15.80 per hour for 38.5 hours per week.

  • Experience in care is desirable and helpful for the role.
  • Clear communication and ability to work flexibly with a team.

  • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home

  • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
  • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
