Job summary

Sanctuary Care’s Penberthy House Residential Care Home in Newquay is seeking a capable Care Team Leader to oversee the night shift and deliver personalised care to residents. You will help create a comforting, safe environment while coordinating a dedicated team of caregivers.

The role emphasises teamwork, compassion and professional development, with a competitive hourly rate and a strong rewards package designed to support wellbeing and growth within the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent) desirable.
