Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited is recruiting a Care Team Leader for Breme Residential Care Home in Bromsgrove. You will lead a friendly team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and meaningful activities for residents while supporting colleagues and maintaining a warm, home-like environment.

The role emphasizes staff development, flexibility, and compassionate care, with a focus on dignity and respect for residents and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care and relevant qualifications (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent) desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.

Nights – 22 hours per week
